this is a personal portfolio website. the text, layout, original artwork and branding here are owned by Pedro Moreira unless stated otherwise, and are provided for general informational purposes. you may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy, republish or reuse the content for your own commercial purposes without permission.
concept work, names and trademarks
some items in the portfolio are clearly marked as concept work. these are unsolicited concept studies — independent design exercises based on brands the author admires. they are not commissioned work, and they do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. all third-party names, brands, logos and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and are used only to identify the subject of a concept study or for descriptive purposes. if you own a brand featured here and would like a reference changed or removed, contact us using the details in the footer and we'll act on reasonable requests promptly.
links to third-party sites
this site links to external resources (such as the free kit, the AI FunnelPreneur program, WhatsApp and Facebook). we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. following those links is at your own discretion and subject to the other sites' own terms.
template purchases and digital delivery
paid templates are digital files delivered immediately after successful payment. before payment, buyers must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that their statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery begins. this does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content.
customisation and launch services
an installation add-on covers adapting the purchased template to buyer-supplied branding and content, configuring the existing template, and launching it using access supplied by the buyer. it does not include new custom features, copywriting, third-party subscriptions, domain registration or hosting fees unless agreed in writing. work begins after we receive the required materials and access. any expanded scope, delivery schedule and revisions are confirmed with the buyer before production begins. mandatory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
no warranties
the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. we don't guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or current. anything you read here is general in nature and is not professional, legal or financial advice.
limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pedro Moreira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any site it links to.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
changes
we may update these terms from time to time. the "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
